Terms & Conditions

By purchasing from Plnted, you agree to the following:

Handmade Products: All stickers, collector sheets, and cards are handmade in the Yarra Valley, Australia. Each item may vary slightly, adding to its uniqueness.

Pricing & Payments: Prices are listed in AUD. Payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal.

Orders & Fulfilment: Orders are shipped within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to cancel or refund an order if necessary.

Liability: Plnted is not liable for delays outside our control (e.g. postal service disruptions).

Use of Products: Products are for personal, non-commercial use only.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and protect your information.

What We Collect: Your name, address, email, and payment details (processed securely through Stripe/PayPal).

How We Use It: To process and ship your order, and to contact you if needed.

Sharing Data: We never sell or share your data, except as required to fulfil your order (e.g. shipping services).

Cookies: Our site may use cookies to improve user experience.

Your Rights: Contact us at any time to request deletion of your personal data.

 

Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your order.

Refunds: Refunds are available if you make a mistake with your order or receive a faulty item. Please note that payment processing fees (Stripe/PayPal) are non-refundable, so refunds will be issued minus these fees unless the item is proven to be faulty.

Exchanges: If you order a bundle with a collector sheet by mistake, we can swap it for collector cards at the cost of upgrading as listed on this website. — just get in touch.

Custom/Exclusive Items: Custom or limited edition items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Timeframe: Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a refund or exchange. refunds and exchanges in most cases will not be made outside of this timeframe.

 

Custom Policy

Some Plnted products may be handmade to order or released in small limited runs.

Processing Time: Custom or made-to-order items may take longer to produce. We’ll provide estimated timelines when you purchase, these are estimates only.

Variations: Because everything is handmade, small variations in colour, cut, or finish may occur. these variations do not merit a product being faulty.

Refunds: Custom orders are non-refundable unless faulty.

Communication: Please ensure your details are correct when ordering custom products to avoid delays, we will not be held accountable for any error of this nature.
