At Plnted, every order is handmade and packed with care in the Yarra Valley, Australia. Here’s what to expect when you place an order:

Orders are usually prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days.

Because everything is handmade in small batches, slight delays may occur during busy periods — but we’ll always keep you updated.

Free shipping is available for customers within the 3777 postcode (Australia).

For all other areas, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.

Within Australia: Typically 3–7 business days after dispatch.

International orders: Delivery times vary by country, usually 2–4 weeks. Please note customs and local postal services may add extra time.

Most orders are sent via Australia Post.

A tracking number will be provided where available.

Once shipped, delivery times are outside of our control.
