Returns & Refunds

At Plnted, everything is handmade in small batches in the Yarra Valley, Australia. We want you to be happy with your order, and we’ll always do our best to make things right.

Refunds

Refunds are available if you make a mistake with your order or receive a faulty item.

Please note that payment processing fees (Stripe/PayPal) are non-refundable, so refunds will be issued minus these fees.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method once approved.

Exchanges

If you accidentally order a bundle with a collector sheet but would prefer collector cards, we can arrange a swap.

Custom & Limited Edition Items

Custom or exclusive items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.

Small variations in colour, cut, or finish are normal due to the handmade nature of our products.

Timeframe

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a refund or exchange.

We cannot process refunds or exchanges outside this period.
